When you’re gluten free, like me, it can be a pain to find new and interesting, let alone delicious, ways to keep your guests fed and entertained whilst you prepare the main course.
Cue this sexy little number – easy enough to prepare in advance, and then grill in the George Foreman when your guests arrive.
Whoever said entertaining was easy was… well… quite right actually when you have recipes like this.
What Will I Need?
asparagus, washed and trimmed
serrano ham, cut in half lengthwise
balsamic glaze, from a bottle because I’m lazy these days
1. Heat your grill
2. Wrap a slice of ham around each asparagus spear
3. Grill the spears until the ham has turned golden and crisp
4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve
